Rabbit

Rabbit meat is growing popularity in the United States due to its flavor adapting abilities, but it has been consumed around various parts of the world for centuries. Many say that it tastes and cooks like chicken.

It is a great source of protein that contains less fat than pork, beef, and chicken meat. However, due to its low fat content, it can cause a malnutrition condition called rabbit starvation when not consumed with a fat.

While many people may oppose rabbit meat because of its association with pets, cultivation is environmentally friendly and yields more meat per pound than other livestock.
