Tangerines

Tangerines have been grown and enjoyed for more than 4,000 years.

These easy-peel vitamin C rich fruits are the most common mandarin variety found in the United States. Tangerines have rough skin, sweet flesh and are freshest from November through June.

Along with vitamin C, tangerines also contain phytonutrients called liminoids.
