Cottage cheese is a fresh cheese made from whole, part-skimmed or skimmed pasterurized cow's milk.

You can find cottage cheese in three forms: small-curd, medium-curd and large-curd (often called "popcorn" cottage cheese).

Be sure to choose organic cottage cheese made from organic milk without using antibiotics, synthetic hormones, or pesticides.
