Oil, Safflower

Safflower oil is a cooking oil produced by pressing the seeds of the safflower.

Because safflower oil is excessively high in polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acids which promote inflammation, oxidation and promote hormone imbalances, this is a culinary oil that should be avoided.
